Our foundation is great because of our dedicated and passionate team, which consists of three amazing people: Agata, Cevher and Marta.
Agata Szafrańska is the President of the Sparkia Foundation.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry, where she has worked as a developer and project manager.
She holds a degree in Information Technology, a master’s degree in Psychology, and has completed postgraduate studies in Philosophy.
Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in numerous volunteer initiatives in Poland and across Europe, supporting people with disabilities and engaging in humanitarian efforts where support was needed most.
For the past five years, she has been dedicated to the field of wellbeing and psychology, delivering workshops and developing programs that support mental health and personal development. She is also a certified Neurographica Specialist, organizing and facilitating workshops using this method.
She strongly believes that there is still much to be done in the field of wellbeing, which is one of the key motivations behind establishing the foundation. In today’s world-marked by global uncertainty and ongoing conflicts - she sees social initiatives as a powerful force for meaningful and positive change.
This is a brief synopsis of Cevher Aslan, the founder of the Sparkia Foundation.
He has been working as a project coordinator and trainer in international projects since 2010. This career path began when he wrote his first EU-funded project in 2010. Since 2010, he has coordinated and implemented more than 40 international EU-funded projects in several topics and Key Actions.
He is a certified trainer in Lifelong Learning, TEFL, Business English, IELTS, and TOEIC. Currently, he works as a lecturer at a university in Poznan in the field of Management Discipline.
After gaining 15 years of experience at an industrial level, he dedicated his life to training people and contributing to their personal development and vocational improvement.
Within this scope, he sincerely believes in the power of social projects and training programs to improve society and raise awareness in key areas. In particular, sustainable prosperity is needed in niche fields such as Innovation Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Marta Szafrańska is a member of the Management Board of the Sparkia Foundation.
She holds a degree in Information Technology and has developed her professional career in the field of accounting. Over time, her passion led her closer to working with people, which inspired her to pursue studies in pedagogy. Her master’s thesis focuses on storytelling therapy and its practical applications.
She is also actively involved in the art as an actress in a local theatre, and strongly believes in the therapeutic power of artistic expression. She brings this perspective into her work by organizing and facilitating creative workshops.
Her pedagogical education allows her to work closely with children and young people. She believes that meaningful, lasting change begins with the younger generation.
This belief aligns closely with the mission of the Sparkia Foundation - to support young people in their education and wellbeing, empowering them to create fulfilling lives for themselves and a positive impact for others.
